Why do I need Aftercare if the site is clean?
Your site was hacked because nobody was watching it — the software aged, an attacker noticed first. Aftercare means someone is watching permanently: monitoring daily, patching weekly, and a senior engineer reviewing monthly.
What happens if my site gets hacked while on a plan?
Guard members go to the front of the incident queue with priority 24/7 response. Under Watch and Shield you also engage rescues at member rates with your environment already known to us — which cuts hours off the response.
Can I start Aftercare without a rescue?
Yes. We onboard with a full audit and hardening pass, then the plan runs monthly. Most members join after a rescue, but prevention doesn't require having been hacked first.
Is there a lock-in contract?
Monthly, cancel any time with 30 days' notice. We keep members by being worth it, not by contract.
